Evaluation Version of Model ChemLab v2.6.2

1. Model Science grants to you a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, license to
use this evaluation version of Model ChemLab v2.6.2, in binary executable form for evaluation
and trial use purposes only. You may also make as many copies of this version of
this software and documentation as you wish; give exact copies of the original version
to anyone; and distribute the evaluation version of the software and documentation in its
unmodified form via electronic means.

You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations,
for any such copies, however made; and from distributing the software
and/or documentation with other products (commercial or otherwise)
without prior written permission.

2. THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' WITHOUT EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES,
INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR

3. Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to
the Software shall remain with Model Science.
